Our individual therapy and group "sacred circle" sessions provide a safe and nurturing space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgement. Wellness Workshops
These interactive, engaging group sessions for the mind, body, heart, and soul offer activities and discussions relevant to our clientele of women in all decades of life. We host sound baths, guided meditation, therapeutic yoga, as well as discussions about various topics ranging from parenting to women's and teen issues, to nutrition and even skin care.
